Since joining Champion, she has been responsible for staffing, training, benefits, compensation, labor relations, safety and employees relations. In her new role she will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities, ensuring that they tie deeply into the corporate goals and direction.
She received a master?s degree from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio, and a bachelor?s degree from Wilmington College in Wilmington, Ohio.
